The bag has a ziplock. Put the unused patches into the bag and seal it. This will last up to 12 months.

Kids 0-2yrs need 1 patch
Kids 3-5yrs need 2 patches
Kids aged 6yrs + and parents need 2-4 patches
For example: One patch placed centrally on clothes (ie, on their jumpsuit on the stomach, chest) for children 0-2.
Kids aged 3-5: One patch on the top clothes (sweater, t-shirt) and one on the shorts.
Kids aged 6+ and parents: One patch on the clothing next to each exposed limb (one on the sleeve of both the left and right arm, and if wearing shorts, one on the left and right side of the shorts).
